01. Study Materials & On-Spot Competitions

11 February 2026 | Govt Middle School, Muretha, Kanke, Ranchi

AAM organised an initiative for the students of Govt Middle School, Muretha, with the aim of encouraging creativity, participation and learning beyond the classroom.

As part of the programme, sketch pens were distributed to all the students. A few on-spot competitions were also organised, giving students an opportunity to participate, express their creativity and engage with one another in a fun and encouraging environment.

The winners of the competitions were recognised with prizes including notebooks, bags and other useful items.

The initiative was an effort to make learning more engaging while encouraging children to participate, explore their creativity and enjoy the process of learning.

02. Supporting Young Footballers

28 January 2026 | Right to Kick Football Academy

AAM supported young footballers at Right to Kick Football Academy, an initiative led by Anand Gope that provides football training and opportunities to children from underprivileged backgrounds.

The academy works to train and encourage young players, helping them develop their skills through regular football practice. The dedication of these young players has also brought them success, with children from the academy winning medals in football competitions.

As part of AAM’s efforts to encourage youth participation in sports, track suits were distributed to the children at the academy. The initiative was a small effort to support the young players and encourage them to continue pursuing their passion for football.

For AAM, supporting youth is about recognising talent, encouraging ambition and helping young people get the support they need to move forward.

03. Books on Swami Vivekananda for Students

12 January 2026 | Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, Kanke, Ranchi

On National Youth Day, AAM organised an initiative at Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, Kanke, to encourage students to learn about the life, ideas and teachings of Swami Vivekananda.

Books on Swami Vivekananda were distributed among the students, giving them an opportunity to explore his thoughts and message of youth, self-confidence and purposeful living.

The initiative was an effort to encourage young minds to read, learn and draw inspiration from ideas that can help shape their outlook and aspirations.

Through such initiatives, AAM aims to create opportunities for young people to learn beyond the classroom and engage with ideas that can contribute to their personal growth.

04. Jerseys for Young Footballers

9 April 2025 | Right to Kick Football Academy

AAM distributed jerseys to young footballers at Right to Kick Football Academy, supporting the children as they pursue their passion for the sport.

The initiative was a small contribution towards encouraging young players, recognising their interest in football and supporting their continued participation in the sport.

For AAM, initiatives like these are about encouraging young people to pursue their interests and giving them the support and encouragement to keep moving forward.
