Football holds a special place in the hearts of Jharkhand's tribal youth, and AAM is committed to nurturing this passion into a pathway for success. Our Supporting Young Footballers initiative identifies talented young players from remote villages and provides them with professional coaching, football kits, training equipment, and opportunities to participate in district and state-level tournaments. Many of these young athletes come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds where pursuing sports seems impossible. AAM bridges this gap by covering training expenses, providing nutrition support, and connecting promising players with scouts and sports academies.
